I’d like to list the good points but I can’t think of any. The touch buttons were overly sensitive and when I tried to adjust them the other problems showed up. It was almost impossible to move through the menu; finally I had to shut it down and restart it just to move from option to option. I was able to finally find the book I transferred to it and played it for about 10 minutes; next day when I turned it on, not only did it not start where it had stopped, but I couldn’t find the book. I tried everything – new firmware, rebooting and the recovery program – never could get the thing to work properly. Additionally it doesn’t go fast forward or back or bookmark – altogether it’s a worthless product – at least if you want to listen to books. Thank you Amazon for your good return policy for defective products! |
